Each full replacement set includes 4 covers and is available in all colours, allowing you to update your soft play to match your space or replace worn covers.

Product Care

• Wipe clean using a damp cloth only.
• Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or use harsh cleaning products.
• Children must be supervised at all times during use.

Dispatch & Delivery

• Estimated dispatch and delivery time is approximately up to 15 working days.
• Orders are shipped directly from our EU warehouse.
• Each item is dispatched in 2 separate parcels and may arrive independently, with deliveries potentially spread over up to one week, depending on your local courier.
• We dispatch using trusted carriers including GLS, Parcel Force, and Royal Mail.

Important Information Upon Delivery

Please inspect your replacement covers upon arrival.

To minimise creasing, we recommend removing all packaging immediately after delivery. Leaving items inside packaging bags for extended periods may cause additional creasing of the material.

Removing Creases

If your replacement covers arrive with creases from transit, these can be easily removed by ironing.

Ironing Instructions

1. Set your iron to the wool setting or a low heat setting.
2. Place a clean tea towel or cloth over the cover.
3. Gently iron over the towel to smooth out any creases.

⚠️ Never apply heat directly to the faux leather surface. Always place a protective towel or cloth between the iron and the material to prevent damage.
