Product Care

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth only.
• Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or use harsh cleaning products.
• Suitable for indoor use and occasional outdoor use.
• While this soft play can be used outdoors, we do not recommend leaving it outside permanently as it is not fully waterproof.
• Children must be supervised at all times during use.

Dispatch & Delivery

• Each item is dispatched in two separate parcels and may arrive independently, with deliveries potentially spread over up to one week, depending on your local courier service.

Important Information Upon Delivery

Please inspect your soft play set upon arrival.

To minimise creasing, we recommend removing all packaging immediately after delivery. Leaving products inside packaging bags for extended periods may cause additional creasing of the material.

If your soft play arrives with creases from transit, these can be easily removed by ironing.
