The mattress is not included but can be purchased on our website. 

There may be some blue-stained lumber on parts that are not visible after the bed is assembled. It does not affect the durability of the product

Small cracks on the wood can appear and this will not affect bed stability. This is normal for natural wood especially when furniture is being kept in a warm and dry room.
